eating spring rolls

Spent yesterday’s evening with Gunhild at her place where we fried some spring rolls which I had brought along with me. They have kind of funny shapes because is obvious not a good idea to store them in a plastic placed in backpack among heavy books, but they turned out good though! Now, the rest of the weekend is dedicated to homeworks, laziness and skyping with Simen.

All of my thoughts go to Japan and those who have been affected by the terrible natural disaster - Mother Nature can be so cruel sometimes.

    @Carina: Same here! Especially my mom's, they are so friggin good! Samoasas? I have never tried, but they sound lovely!

    mm I could so some spring rolls right now. Every time I try making them at home they always turn out too fat or too tiny or they just fall apart haha
