Me and my neighbour made these lovely white chocolate chip cookies last weekend. Those cookies were for sure delightful as the pictures say and they were super duper easy to make too! In spite of this was my first time that I made cookies. I will for sure repeat that, it seems like cookies is the only thing in the world I can bake without burning them and I have a huge thing when it comes to white chocolate. Since I'm in cookie/baking mood now, any cookie-recipes I should try?

there's something so therapeutic about making cookies!!!! If I wasn't so lazy I'd definitely make more time to make them! But like you, I tend to burn things in the oven....so maybe I'll just stick to eating them for now (versus make'n them :P)
